UMB Bank Real Estate Post Closing Specialist (Onsite) in Kansas City, Missouri
The Loan Administration team is a part of the Middle Office team that provides loan preparation and assistance for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. Within the Loan Administration environment, this team interacts with internal partners to ensure all loans provided to them have correct information and are in compliance with UMB loan regulatory guidelines. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, this team provides loan support and loan decisions to their internal partners.
The Loan Administration team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with their manager to develop roadmaps for opportunity within Loan Administration and beyond.
As a Real Estate Post Closing Specialist, you will perform post-closing tasks on consumer real estate loans to ensure quality control, compliance, and perfection with regulatory standards.
How you’ll spend your time:
You will review original signed loan documents to ensure proper execution and notarization.
You will record security instruments to ensure the bank maintains required/approved lien position.
You will communicate with title companies to ensure timely issuance of title policies and confirm payment of all title invoices.

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years Consumer Real Estate Loan Closing experience
This position will be onsite for qualified candidates in the Kansas City metro area.
Compensation Range:
Minimum: $33,920.00 - Maximum: $78,450.00
