UMB Bank Mgr TM Administration in Kansas City, Missouri

What You'll Do:

This role will provide strategic leadership and operational management focused on the administration of treasury sales activities, client care initiatives and activities. Collaborate and partner with Operations, Product, Treasury Management and Depository Sales, and other key groups within the bank to ensure delivery of services and support function.

-Manage and lead teams in implementation and pre- and post-sales activities including pricing, implementation plans, onboarding, and service strategies designed to manage client expectations.

-Assist regional management, sales & product development teams with development, maintenance, testing, implementation, and distribution of the information delivery of UMB Commercial Treasury and Commercial Card products.

-Achieve departmental performance metrics, client retention goals, and other outlined key objectives.

-Serve as a change agent and champion process innovations, systems efficiencies, and performance enhancements to make daily operations and client experience more efficient.

-Coordinate department responses to all P1 and P2 issues at the organizational level to minimize client impact and financial/reputation risk to the company.

-Oversee audit, risk management and compliance controls and procedures.

-Create and reinforce the unparalleled customer experience through client support, implementation, and pre- and post-sales support driving client retention and engagement.

-Determine capacity planning to meet required service levels for all levels of responsibility. Prepare contingency staffing plans for special projects and/or absences to maintain required service levels.

-Identify and determine any training requirements, maintain curriculum for each role.

-Ensure all departmental communication is delivered in a consistent and clear format to maintain a high level of knowledge/awareness on current project info, business objectives and priorities.

-Develop, communicate, and maintain performance criteria. Establish measurement techniques and perform reviews of associate performance, and may make salary recommendations as appropriate.

-Oversee any third-party relationships as required.

Who You Are:

-Bachelor degree or equivalent

-8 years proven customer service experience preferably in banking or financial services

-3 years significant service management experience
